This issue/MR incorporates some of the critical fixes that were implemented as part of https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/merge_requests/2572 (Add levels to 26.252 BE conformance scripts). For example, the behavior of the `--filter` option sometimes lead to undefined beahvior due to incorrect parsing of the tag names.
