ivas_modes.json arrays skip from 128000 to 192000, missing out 160000 for OSBA and OMASA. This was discovered after running a loudness analysis pipeline. ivas_modes_debug.json doesn't seem to have this issue, I also checked for other bitrate skips but there don't seem to be any.
