There are two leftovers of switch `CR_FIX_JBM_FLUSH_OFFSET` in file `ivas_jbm_dec.c`. This switch was introduced in 337da8b1e49f3896ca575631c39e9ba89e4b3a2d as part of MR !1057. Should the corresponding define be added to `options.h` or the related code be removed?
