A BE test between 5ms and 20ms rendering with the limiter disabled shows differences for McMASA at 13.2kbps and BINAURAL, BINAURAL_ROOM, BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB
### Ways to reproduce
Disable the limiter by adding
```
#define DISABLE_LIMITER
```
to options.h
Run McMASA (any LS format) with both `-fr 5` and `-fr 20` for 13.2kbps and for any output format of `BINAURAL_ROOM`, `BINAURAL_ROOM_IR`, and `BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB` and compare the outputs.
