Level difference for 3DoF cases in BS.1534-20

The level is not matched between the processed condition c05 (now changed to c04 with !216 (merged)), when comparing the processing with the fallback bash script in !181 (closed). I suspect some 6DoF feature is active or that the extended metadata is encoded using the '+' sign.

I will check the logs to see the encoder and decoder commands for the IVAS_enc and IVAS_dec.
