Final material picking script does not include c01 for preliminaries

I noticed that we did not have the c01 references for the DCR testing in the P800-16 preliminaries folder in the dry-run material. I think we did this selection using the scripts, so it seems they need to be updated to include the c01 condition for all the preliminary items.
