sba_fmt "PLANARFOA" is evaluated as full FOA

When specifying

        sba_fmt: "PLANARFOA"

to EVS conditions (e.g. as in P800-5), the processing is apparently still on the full FOA signal (i.e. 4x EVS instead of 3x EVS).
