Missing information about necessary binaries for item generation

Apparently the item generation scripts use some binaries for the processing. We stumbled across an error that the reverb binary is missing. However there is not information or documentation that this binary is needed or where to find it.

Please add this information e.g. in the README in the ivas_processing_scripts/bin folder and in the main README or in a separate place for the item generation scripts.
