P800-3: Last split index larger than the signal length

I tried to run P-800-3 for lab a and got the following error

ValueError: Last split index 2688030 is larger than the signal length 2688000

I looked it up in the log file, but can't find it anywhere (seems that it has not been logged).

Unfortunately, not all the synthesis are created due to that problem
