Too many directories with the automatic creation of output directory based on listening lab

With the merge of "individual_input..." to the main, now the scripts are creating "-proc_output_{a,b,c,d}/cat1-lab_{a,b,c,d}.

I think the cat1-lab_{a,b,c,d} was intented to be used only if we had a common proc_output. In proc_output_{a,b,c,d} there is also empty folders named cat{1,..6} containing only the .gitkeep.

Choosing one way or the other would make the directory three cleaner.
