Metadata not copied over when forcing frame alignment padding for ISM/OSBA input

This bug occurs when the frame alignment validation for MASA/ISM is removed and padding is used.

This cannot actually be triggered if using proper input files (audio needs to be 20ms aligned for these formats to align with metadata), however for local testing and development this check is removed manually and thus triggers this bug.
