The following working procedures are agreed:

*   Interested members should join the project 

*   Write access is permitted for the SA4 Chair, the video SWG and the rapporteur of the work item.

*   Write access for others can be requested and needs to be agreed by Video SWG

*   Relevant issues are tracked on the issue tracker: https://forge.etsi.org/rep/3GPP/sa4/5g-video/issues and review the issues as part of the Video WG calls

*   Pull requests are merged based on agreement in the video SWG
