Serious clicks in MASA 1TC LTV at 96 kbps using DTX + FER + WB and output to EXT at 32 kHz

Bug description

Using the LTV samples, with a specific combination of options, there are annoying clicks in the output audio. The combination being here

• MASA 1TC LTV (which contains also number of directions switching)
• DTX
• FER
• (Input at 48 kHz, output at 32 kHz), edit probably not relevant
• max_band == WB
• (EXT out), edit probably not relevant.

The effect is in the output transport audio, metadata seems fine.
