OMASA-4 at 512 kbps shows glitches during bandwidth switching

Bug description

As shown below, the fixed point (blue) exhibits some peak/discontinuities when a frame is lost and the bandwidth is switching.

This kind of artefact seems independent of the bit-rate.

Ways to reproduce

With the attached bitstream and the following decoder command line you should be able to reproduce the issue :
