[CI] Run PEAQ vs input on binauralized signal

To complement the objective measures, PEAQ should be tested wrt a binauralized input signal. This should be done as part of the comparison.

• If the output is not STEREO, BINAURAL, BINAURAL_ROOM_IR or BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB, it should be binauralized with the external renderer using BINAURAL output format.
• The input signal should be converted to the above output format, if a conversion is required.
• Make PEAQ use 2-channel input instead of per-channel comparison.
