Bug description

Large differences in SBA DirAC azimuth angle between float and BASOP branch causing noticeable difference in SBA downmix.

Ways to reproduce

IVAS_cod.exe -sba 3 48000 48 ..\scripts\testv\stv3OA48c.wav bit

The difference in azimuth angle in the corresponding frame and band is around 30 degrees.
