Sudden recent increase of WMOPS in bi-daily CI complexity pipeline

Recently, the bi-daily automatic CI complexity pipeline has reported a sudden spike in complexity for certain operating points of the instrumented BASOP decoder. For instance, the Stereo@256 kbps FB to STEREO - BASOP decoder has risen to 212.59 WMOPS, while the expected complexity is approximately ~80 WMOPS. See the graph here:
