BASOP encoder ParamISM: high MLD and audible artifacts

Basic info

Bug description

• high MLD values ( approx 21 )
• audible artifacts in different places
  • fx has additions strong "scratching" artifacts (1)
  • "kling" sound is really muffled (2)

the 3 top channels come from the float encoder the bottom ones from the fixed-point
