Restrict downmix dump in DEBUG_MODE_INFO to the first channel in TD stereo

In the case of TD stereo, the downmix dumping functionality under DEBUG_MODE_INFO occasionally writes the output signal of the secondary channel. To simplify the comparison of downmix signals between the BASOP and FLOAT frameworks in the CI, it should be limited to the first (primary) channel only.
