Bug description

In addition to the spectral holes mentioned in #1246 (closed) between 8-16 kHz, spectral holes are also observed for the frequency range 2-4 kHz, for unified stereo DTX on/off at 24.4kbps. Other spectral differences are observed for frequencies higher than 4 kHz at the end of the segment.
