Overflow when using extract_l in icBWE

Bug description

When icBWE, an some overflow can lead to a wrong evaluation of the BWE energy. The figure below shows the spectrogram of the first 3.3s of the left channel for (top to bottom)

• left channel float
• left channel current fixed point
• left channel using saturation instead of overflow
