Saturated signal in discrete multichannel output with fx encoder in v2 release

Bug description

From the middle of the processed file (around 5s), the output signal for fx enc -> fx dec seems heavily amplified or saturated.This is at a discrete multichannel bitrate, so MCT is used. From the waveforms, it looks like wrong signal content is put into the channels.
