High MLD for ParamMC 5.1 at 80 kbps with +10dB Input gain

Bug description

The fixed point encoded output has almost 2 LUFS higher loudness than the float reference, visually inspecting the spectrogram shows a potential problem with scaling of values:

Fixed point encoder (-3.30 LUFS):

These signals have a very high MLD of 31.67.
