Bug description

Since the introduction of the NOGLOB, by default the basop operator are not saturating anymore. In EVS code, the default behavior was that basop were saturating. it has been discovered that with a long long file EVS a counter in EVS could eventually overflow while it should be saturating.

Use any very long noisy file
