Review crashes in complexity measurement pipelines

Since a while now, there are crashes occurring in the complexity measurement jobs, see e.g. https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/sa4/audio/ivas-basop/-/pipelines/49609. The complexity measurements are run with both BASOP encoder and decoder, which we do not test anywhere else. Further analysis of the individual issues is planned, this issue is intended as a parent issue until people have time to further look into the respective single crashes.

How to reproduce

!1312 (merged) will add the codec logs to the artifacts, so reproducing a testcase can be done using the command lines from those log files. See e.g. here: https://sa4.3gpp.org/-/audio/ivas-basop/-/jobs/411281/artifacts/COMPLEXITY/logs/ltv48_STEREO_stereo_b96_swb_cbr_fer_ep_10pct_fer_g192.dec.STEREO.txt.
