Slightly high MLD for one case of MASA LTV EXT output in BASOP decoder

Bug description

There is a slightly high MLD score (5.2) for MASA LTV when using float encoder and BASOP decoder. Not a serious issue but this is constant bitrate without DTX or FER so it probably should be even closer to reference. Not a serious issue though but good to note.

The time domain plot gives a clue that there is a diff burst within a noise section of the file, see the plots. It might be that the diff could be audible the signal itself was not pure noise at the diff burst section.
