Plop artifacts in stereo speech item at 48 kbps with fx encoder

Bug description

In a clean speech item with no background noise, the basop encoder produces additional plop-like artifacts in the decoded speech signal that are not in the output when encoded with the floating point encoder. Occasions are e.g.

• 7.35s additional plop in the male speech part:
