[CI] WMOPS measurement for ivas-float-update: Stereo DMX with AMR-WB encoder is missing

While compiling the complexity overview for the BASOP Encoder report, I noticed that all encoder test cases for the StereoDmxEVS with AMR WB operation had a "-1" in the encoder column. The decoder was still non-zero and the job reports no failure. See e.g. this job

My guess is that the printout is not enabled for the AMR-WB encoder.
