Rendering MASA LTV has severe audible distortions

Bug description

Using external renderer for rendering MASA2 input to, e.g., STEREO or BINAURAL results into severe audible "bubbling" artifacts. MLD is over 30 for both binaural and stereo outputs. FOA output has much lower MLD, but even that is over 10.
