Difference in probably comfort noise of MASA 1 TC LTV signal rendering to binaural

Bug description

There is visually a significant difference signal present with MASA 1 TC rendered to binaural output. See the figure below. The audibility of this difference is not too severe though. As the part is speech with noisy background, there is probably something going differently there. The difference signal seems to be mainly the background noise. And this is already with float encoder to BASOP decoder.
