Decoder: Large diffs in omni > 2 kHz for decoding 256 kbit/s

Bug description

When decoding a 256 kbit/s bitstream, I can oberserve relatively large differences in the omni (i.e. first channel), especially > 2 kHz. I don't see this behavior for 160 or 512 kbit/s (same input audio item)
