48 kbit/s Stereo, DTX on: Decoder introduces clicks

Bug description

When decoding the bitstream with the BASOP decoder, the decoder introduces serveral audible clicks. Some of them seem to be for the transition active -> inactive, some other seem to come from PLC.

The clicks are not there with the float decoder.
