TD renderer distance attenuation precision problem

The precision for the distance attenuation in the TD renderer is not correct. It supports the default setting, but does not allow the intended range to be input. Probably the resolution of the headtracking for 6DoF also needs to be looked at.

Ways to reproduce

Use configurable distance attenuation with rolloff factor larger than one.
