hrtf_file_reader.c differs between ivas-main and ivas-float-update

Basic info

while looking into !2521 (closed) , many differences were found in hrtf_file_reader.c (differences that are still there when comparing the all the 3 version on Nov 7th). Differences were noted in !2521 (closed), most of them related to *free( hrtf_data );* . I guess entering a fee() that should not be there is not a good idea, but someone with a better knowledge need to review.

also noted a few spot where the handles have a different name, please just check if it is cosmetic or not.
