User-defined macros leftovers

Several user-defined macros are still part of the BASOP framework while they should be removed because they are not part of the STL, the complexity of their operations are not counted, and/or are otherwise obsolete.

Examples are ABSVAL, SQR, MVR2R_WORD32, etc.
