Discontinuities due to recycling of cldfbAna state across multiple ISM inputs

Bug description
Looks like the same CLDFB Analysis state is used for different ISM inputs , this leads to discontinuities.
The state is written in cldfbAnalysis_ts_fx()
The same issue is present in float
