Bit-exactness failure observed with one file in EVS. The issue is happening at the decoder application level where decodedGoodFrame is not set for 2 frames for this issue file. This flag check is not there in EVS application. The library output in both EVS fixed point code and IVAS_Fixed has been coming the same.
