ISM1 random noise in higher bands mainly in inactive frames

This is a new issue coming from #723 (closed) revealed after the fix proposed in !251 (closed) In random segments of the test item there is noise inserted in the upper half of the spectrum, mainly in inactive parts. Some examples can be seen here:
