LTV crashes with +10dB scaled inputs introduced with changes introduced for issue 826 fix

There are two new LTV crashes introduced because of changes made to address issue 826. These are +10dB scaled input LTV cases as listed below: [ltv-stereo at 32 kbps, 48kHz in, 48kHz out, bandwidth switching] [ltv-OMASA 2Dir2TC 4ISM at 256 kbps, 48kHz in, 48kHz out, EXT out, JBM Prof 5]
