FB BWE is sometime missing
with f84e5b07, the FB part of the BWE is sometime missing in the left channel using the following bitstream (extract from LTV48.wav)
on the next figure you can see that the FB part of the BWE is missing for the left channel. On the other hand, the second figure shows that the FB part of the BWE extension is slightly over amplified for the right channel
