Distortion in ISM2 with FER 10% BINAURAL output 96kbps

Bug description

A distortion occurs between 7.86 seconds and 7.894 seconds in the test ISM file with 10% FER. The distortion is audible and present for both non-dtx and dtx cases at this specific bitrate, 96000.
