High MLD for MC 5.1 with FER at 256 kbps

For this particular FER pattern the MLD score is high, approx 7, observing the difference of the two signals one can spot differences in different frames for different channels. One of the most prominent is in frame 146:

and a screenshot of the differences occurring in the whole file

These differences seem to all come from PLC.

There is also a high energy tone around 2.2 kHz in frame 321, but maybe this is somehow related to #905 (closed) ?
