High frequency differences above 6 kHz, 7.1+4 MC with FER at 32kbps

Bug description

High frequencies are not correctly reproduced above ~6 kHz with 7.1+4 input and output with FER, despite the low MLD value (MLD at 32kbps = 0.47399607). Audible differences especially at the channels 5-12. Affected bitrates are at least 16.4, 24.4 and 32 kbps.
