OSBA 160 kbps (pre-rendering): Spectral Holes below 4 kHz for several components

For several channels/SBA components, there are spectral holes missing for the SPAR part (below 4 kHz). Difficult to say, whether this is audible, but at least it doesn't look right... In this testcase, the following channels/SBA components are affected:

  • Channel 9 <-> component 5
  • Channel 11 <-> component 7
  • Channel 13 <-> component 9
  • Channel 14 <-> component 10
  • Channel 16 <-> component 12
  • Channel 18 <-> component 14
  • Channel 20 <-> component 16

For better clarity, I've encircled some of the holes (there are other differences, too) in green for the BASOP decoder:
