Metadata output result of MASA prerend with muted MASA signal and SBA is more directive in BASOP

# Bug description
Using the command line and provided input signals, then plot of metadata below is obtained. This shows some difference in metadata. As the MASA input signal is muted, the result should be always the MASA metadata analyzed from the SBA signal with exception of situation where also the SBA path is zero.
Not sure what is happening here causing the differences.
