# Bug description
When reviewing the file ivas_td_stereo_analysis_fx.c, several inconsistencies were identified in the SM section of the function. The SM logic is executed only when an inverted‑phase signal is present and this inversion has not already been detected by the stereo classifier (in most cases, inverted‑phase signals are handled by the FD path). Although this is a corner case, the behavior is still incorrect and should be fixed.
