The condition on `intern_config` is inverted.
Float code: *run block if* `intern_config` is **FOA or HOA2 or HOA3**.
Fixed‑point code: *run block if* `intern_config` is **not FOA OR not HOA2 OR not HOA3**, which is true for almost all values and false for FOA/HOA2/HOA3 simultaneously only in impossible combinations.
