Clean up BASOP configurable warnings

Details:
- Renamed macros and variables to better describe their function
- Rearranged #ifdef blocks for better readability
- Made BASOP_PRINT_ON_WARNING and BASOP_ABORT_ON_WARNING not mutually exclusive
- Ensured all newly introduced macros are required to be followed by a semicolon, which improves readability and makes formatting tools work correctly
