Adds MLD and SSNR stats to comparisons in the float MR pipeline.
For some reason, we are not providing MLD or other extra values in the float side MR pipeline even though they are pretty useful for approximating if some non-BE effect is actually significant or not. This MR adds MLD and SSNR. ODG is not added as I am not sure the necessary dependency is present on all float runners and I think that ODG change has on the BASOP regression tests has been more useful than just the plain value.
