[tests] move renderer tests to tests/renderer in the root directory

- update CMakeLists.txt to copy IVAS_crend_unit_test to the same
  location as `make unittests` does
- update .gitlab-ci.yml accordingly
- update paths in the corresponding renderer pytest scripts
